Rahila Thomas is a seasoned power sector leader with over 25 years of public and private sector experience across Nigeria's electricity value chain. She has played a pivotal role in national power sector reform, shaping electricity market design, policy and regulation, and has held senior regulatory, advisory, and board leadership positions.

Alongside her professional work, Rahila's personal journey through infertility, marked by years of medical testing, fibroid surgery, and two IVF cycles, shaped a deep commitment to compassion, access, and dignity. Her openness about her fertility journey has helped many women and couples pursue and realise their dream of becoming parents.

EverBloom was born from this lived reality, launched in 2026 during Rahila's Jubilee celebration. She holds degrees in Business Administration and Energy Finance, with advanced certification in renewable energy management.
