She is the Founder of UKSmart, an organisation supporting recent migrants to settle, integrate, and thrive through practical guidance, cultural orientation, and community support. Her work reflects a deep passion for empowerment, inclusion, and family wellbeing.
Ijeoma is particularly dedicated to women's empowerment, mentoring women and young people as they navigate career growth, family life, migration, and purpose. Grounded in faith, family, and service, she brings empathy, lived experience, and thoughtful leadership to EverBloom's mission of supporting individuals and families with dignity and compassion.
