Introduction
EverBloom Foundation ("EverBloom", "we", "us", "our") provides financial assistance, emotional support, advocacy, and educational resources to individuals and couples seeking fertility solutions. By applying to our programmes, accessing our services, participating in our events, or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility
- Applicants must be between 21 – 45 years of age.
- Couples must be legally married without children.
- Applicants must be legally resident in Nigeria.
- Applicants are required to show proof of a stable means of livelihood by submitting verified occupation and income documentation.
- A confirmed fertility diagnosis from a licensed reproductive specialist is required.
- Applicants with conditions where pregnancy may be unsafe are excluded.
- Applicants must provide accurate information, meet programme-specific requirements, and submit all documents before indicated deadlines.

Application & Assessment
Applications are reviewed fairly; submission does not guarantee approval and selection is not based on religion or ethnicity. Additional documents may be requested during the assessment process.

Financial Support
Funds are paid directly to accredited clinics on behalf of approved beneficiaries. Any misuse of funds may result in the immediate withdrawal of support.

No Guarantee of Medical Success
EverBloom does not guarantee treatment outcomes. All medical decisions lie with licensed healthcare professionals, and EverBloom bears no responsibility for clinical results.

Confidentiality & Data Protection
Personal and medical data collected through our programmes are used solely for programme delivery and are protected in accordance with Nigerian data protection requirements. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.

Beneficiary Responsibilities
Beneficiaries must provide accurate information throughout the programme, attend scheduled appointments, use any funds received appropriately, and promptly update EverBloom of any changes in their circumstances.

Publicity & Story Sharing
Story sharing is entirely voluntary. Any consent given to share your story with the public may be withdrawn at any time by notifying EverBloom in writing. We will honour all withdrawal requests promptly.

Events & Community Participation
Participants in EverBloom events and community sessions are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, volunteers, and fellow participants. Sessions may be recorded for programme and advocacy purposes; participants will be informed in advance.

Digital Use & Copyright
All content published by EverBloom, including text, images, reports, and digital materials, is protected by copyright. No material may be reproduced, distributed, or adapted without prior written permission from EverBloom Foundation.

Amendments
EverBloom reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through official channels. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Limitation of Liability
EverBloom is not liable for medical outcomes, delays in treatment, or any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by applicants or beneficiaries. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Nigerian law.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Programme Fees
Certain programmes may include application fees, participation costs, or clinic charges not covered by EverBloom grants. Fee waivers may be granted on a case-by-case basis according to demonstrated financial need.

Dispute Resolution
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the matter arising. Mediation is required before any litigation is pursued. All legal disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
