Gila I. Dikko
Gila Ibiere Dikko is a seasoned public sector and development professional with over 23 years of experience spanning economics, procurement, public-private partnerships, and institutional reform across Nigeria and West Africa.
She currently serves with the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), where she has contributed to procurement systems development, donor-funded project compliance, grant management frameworks, and operational governance.
Over the course of her career, Gila has played key roles in major national and regional reform initiatives, including privatization and concession programmes in aviation, ports, and transportation infrastructure. Her work reflects a strong commitment to accountability, transparency, and the responsible stewardship of resources in service of sustainable development.
Gila brings to EverBloom Foundation not only her deep expertise in governance, financial oversight, and institutional strengthening, but also a personal connection to the Foundation's mission. Like the Founder, she also had some challenges in her fertility journey – an experience that has shaped her empathy for women and families navigating complex and often stigmatized fertility journeys. This lived understanding strengthens her commitment to EverBloom's advocacy for ethical access to fertility care, open communication, and systems that uphold dignity and compassion.
