Rahila Thomas

Rahila Thomas is a seasoned power sector leader with over 25 years of public and private sector experience across Nigeria's electricity value chain.

She has played a pivotal role in national power sector reform, shaping electricity market design, policy and regulation including advising the 9th National Assembly on the Electricity Act 2023, and has held senior regulatory, advisory, and board leadership positions.

Rahila is also a Co-Facilitator on Energy within the Industrial Policy Commission of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG) – a non-profit, non-partisan private sector organisation that promotes economic reform and advance a globally competitive, private-sector-led Nigerian economy. Through this role, she contributes to evidence-based policy dialogue and advocacy focused on structural reform, inclusion, and long-term national impact.

Alongside her professional work, Rahila's personal journey through infertility shaped a deep commitment to compassion, access, and dignity – values that underpin the founding of EverBloom. Her openness about her fertility journey, combined with thoughtful counsel, has helped many women and couples pursue and realise their dream of becoming parents.

She brings strategic, governance-focused, and impact-driven leadership to EverBloom, shaped by extensive private-sector leadership alongside public service and advocacy experience.
